STEMI: Right Ventricle Involvement
Key Characteristics
​•ST elevation >1 mm in two or more contiguous leads
•Up in V1>V2,  III > II
Causes
​•Coronary plaque rupture
•Death of myocytes
Treatment
​•Activate Cath Lab::PCI: 90 minutes//Lysis: 30 minutes
•Right sided EKG (V3R-V6R elevation highly suggestive)
•ASA, Heparin, Statin, Fluids, not nitro
